All and all there tons to do for all ages and activity levels. Live music every Friday and sat. at the downtown Pavilion only a five min walk...
Let me start off by saying this place has Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, great views of the city everyday to and from work, the city lights are amazing after the sun does down and Black Mountain is practically in our back yard. Covered back patio great for entertaining, benches/storage and barbecue area great for entertaining. Front porch has 2 separate siting areas, 1 is covered. the dirt in the aerial picture is no longer dirt. It's an extensive desert scape bike/recreational path. The dirt on the other is now also tied in with the bike paths across the street. The city did an excellent job. These pathway tie in with several parks and recreation facilities.
